How to order samples?
We deliver samples to anywhere in Australia.
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate the products and your location and we will work it out for you.
How is delivery calculated?
We work with the best delivery companies to provide the best options for delivering your package. Our system lets us know the most cost-effective delivery options available and your package will be assigned accordingly.
Can I choose my own delivery option?
Yes, you can. When ordering online you can choose either to collect from our depot in Smithfield or the option to deliver the order to your curbside. If you can’t see any options or you are not happy with the prices, let us know by sending us an email at email@example.com and we will take care of it for you and let you the best delivery options based on your package and your location.
Also, if you want to take care of delivery yourself, let us know and we can sort it out.
Can I arrange to pick up my package?
Yes, you can, but you need to arrange with us prior to your visit to the warehouse.
Our warehouse is not operational on the weekend. You can arrange to pick up your package Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?
This depends on the weight of your package and your location. A small package could arrive within a few days to two weeks approximately. Stone and Tile Projects does not handle the deliveries directly, and the packages are given to trusted delivery services. Therefore, we can not provide an exact timeframe.
How do I calculate the quantity needed for my project?
You need to calculate all the surfaces that are going to be tiled. This article helps you with measuring the tiling area.
The common industry practice is to add %10-%15 when ordering. This will be helpful as some porcelain and mosaic tiles will break when installing and you can use the extra tiles to cover corners.
Where do you deliver your products to?
We deliver our products in Australia nationwide. However, when you are choosing delivery options, you may not be able to place your delivery order. If that is the case, let us know and we will arrange the delivery for you. Here is our email address firstname.lastname@example.org
